Sportsmanship and Hospitality Rating Sheet

The following criteria is to be used to evaluate the sportsmanship and hospitality each crew receives during each Varsity contest.

Score each category on a scale of one to ten.

1.	School Administrator greets and designates availability during and after the game(as required by FHSAA).		____
2.	Home coach is available before the game to provide all necessary information.		____
3.	Host school provides a safe, secure and private place to park.		____
4.	Host school provides private, secure dressing facility.		____
5.	Dressing facility is clean and easily accessible.		____
6.	Security is present upon arrival at game site.		____
7.	Security is available at halftime.		____
8.	Refreshments are provided at halftime.		____
9.	Conduct of the home coaches throughout the game.		____
10.	Sportsmanship of the home team players throughout the game.		____
11.	Security is available at the end of the game.		____
